This training can be conducted for one-on-one, or facilitated in group settings.  The training educates employees on the legal ramifications of harassment and methods to effectively respond and prevent harassment in the workplace.


 

 

DIVERSITY & SENSITIVITY TRAINING

Diversity training is specifically tailored to meet the needs of the organization.  The training includes insights on the dimensions of diversity and  activities designed to increase the awareness and sensitivity for human differences. Investigations offer a meaningful response mechanism for reducing guests’, client’s or employee anger and complaints, due to real or perceived discrimination in service related problems. Our experienced and certified EEO/Civil Rights investigators provide an independent and unbiased report with recommendations designed to reduce future complaints.

 


 

 

EEO AUDITS

Equal opportunity audits are conducted using the most current OFCCP regulations. The analysis examines the employer’s current workforce patterns, practices, policies, procedures, recruitment efforts, compensation, and retention.  A written report with recommendations to enhance EEO efforts is provided to the agency.
